All bookings with The Hive receive:

  • The Hive Caravan Bar hire. Fully equipped with service bar, fridges and commercial espresso machine

  • Experienced RSA approved bar service staff

  • Stainless steel tubs to place water and soft drinks at the front of The Hive

  • Side bar (upon request) with umbrella and barrels

  • Assistance with beverage selections and quantities

  • Self serve water station.

  • Glassware washing station - hidden at the back of our van, ensuring clean/polished glassware throughout your event

  • Basic styling of The Hive and advice on where best to position The Hive in your venue. Let us know what your styling is and we can help you style The Hive so it fits right in on your special day!

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Supplying your own beverages

  • The quantities and selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (we can assist you with this)

  • Quantities of ice

  • Hire of glassware (let us provide you with a quote)

  • A portable coolroom (if required, we recommend Dunsborough Mobile Coolrooms)

  • Wastage disposal (recycling bins, skip bins, rubbish bags etc) Check with your venue

  • Power access for The Hive - we require 2x 15 amp power points
